Rosè Maremma Toscana DOC 2022

The pale pink color introduces delicate and pleasant aromas of small berries and spicy nuances. On the palate it is structured and warm, is crunchy in the tactile dynamics and responsive to the taste thanks to the heady freshness and flavor.

Excellent on appetizers based on vegetables and fish, it is enhanced on light dishes but rich in flavors, especially if spicy. The combination with products that recall their color, such as salmon, shrimps, beetroot, pancetta and other cured meats, is curious but successful.

The grapes, harvested when fully ripe, give a lively and fresh Mediterranean expression. in the mouth, persistent and versatile, they make it the ideal companion.
