Tasting notes
A lively rose color with light auburn reflections. Pink grapefruit and pomegranate oxidating together emerge as peach blossom and mineral camphors. A great balance between the dry fruit component with the iodised finale.
Pairings
Excellent as an aperitif, perfect with risotto, fish, white meats and soft cheeses.
Why we like it
Our Sebastian Brut Rosé is obtained from red grape varieties. After the harvest, we carry out a soft pressing of the grapes and a gentle maceration at low temperature for about 24 hours. This is followed by a vinification at a low temperature and then by a second fermentation of the wine in pressurized tanks for a few months. This allows us to obtain a sparkling wine with a broad bouquet of fresh but rich aromas, as well as vibrant fruit on the palate.
